This role combines high-volume inbound and outbound customer interaction with dispatch responsibilities to ensure technicians are deployed effectively and customers receive timely, professional service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and delivers exceptional customer support.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Position Details<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Contract to Hire<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $22-$25\/hr<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> 8:00-5PM or 11:30-8:30PM<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Dispatch and schedule technicians based on location, skill set, and availability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Coordinate service appointments, maintenance visits, consultations, and assessments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Provide customers with appointment updates, scheduling changes, and estimated arrival times<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Create, update, and close work orders with accurate documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Manage daily administrative activities and service-related communications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Coordinate parts deliveries and process purchase orders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Maintain detailed customer records and account information<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Support payment collection activities and assist with inside sales initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Collaborate with service, sales, and customer service teams to optimize daily workflow<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Complete assigned service management system tasks on a daily basis<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Systems &amp;
