This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies and build strong talent pipelines.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Position Details<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $40-$46<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday through Friday<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Immediate Opening<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Develop and execute recruitment strategies for entry-level through executive-level positions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs and recruitment processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Review and refine job descriptions to align with business objectives and market demands<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Present qualified candidates and facilitate interview coordination<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Negotiate compensation packages and extend employment offers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Maintain candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Track recruiting activity and measure effectiveness using recruiting metrics and data analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Generate regular reports on sourcing, hiring trends, and recruitment performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Participate in recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition projects<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Systems &amp;
