We are currently hiring an <strong>Senior Accountant<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">.<\/span> This role is <strong>hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days from home) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 7.5pt; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;\">Responsibilities\/Duties<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 7.5pt; color: black;\">The responsibilities of the <strong>Senior Accountant <\/strong>are, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li>Lead and coordinate the annual external audit process, serving as the primary liaison with auditors and ensuring timely completion of all audit requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the month-end close process, reviewing accounting activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results.<\/li>\n<li>Perform and review complex account reconciliations, analyses, and supporting schedules to maintain accurate financial records.<\/li>\n<li>Review and validate consolidation activities for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting packages.<\/li>\n<li>Direct financial reporting activities, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and meaningful financial information to leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee general ledger operations, including journal entries, account maintenance, and adherence to internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, and technical accounting matters that support organizational objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Research and evaluate complex accounting issues, providing guidance and recommendations in accordance with GAAP.<\/li>\n<li>Review financial information and supporting schedules used in the preparation of Form 990 filings.<\/li>\n<li>Review unrelated business income calculations and supporting documentation for Form 990-T reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and organizational accounting policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and reporting practices to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 10pt; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 7.5pt; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;\">Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;
