This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and compliance who can partner with leadership to support a fair, compliant, and employee-focused work environment.<\/div>\n<h2><strong>About You<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">5+ years of experience in employee relations, compliance, investigations, or a related HR function<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements, including EEOC, HIPAA, and OSHA<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience handling workplace investigations, employee complaints, and performance management matters<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Ability to manage confidential information and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, or other highly regulated environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Lead employee relations initiatives, including complaints, grievances, and workplace investigations<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Partner with leaders on disciplinary actions, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Oversee employee performance review processes and related documentation<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Ensure compliance with employment laws, behavioral health regulations, and organizational policies<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Manage HR compliance functions, including background checks, audits, and recordkeeping<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Supervise HR staff supporting compliance, HRIS administration, and personnel records<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Analyze trends, identify risks, and recommend process and policy improvements<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support a culture of accountability, consistency, and employee engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule requiring three days onsite and two days remote after training in Philadelphia, PA.<\/strong> Compensation is up to $43.20\/hour during the contract period, with an anticipated conversion salary of $94,000 annually depending on experience.
