If you&#8217;re a results-driven leader with a passion for reliability-centered maintenance and a background in wood products or manufacturing, we invite you to apply to join our team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-ukg-card\"><strong class=\"sc-ukg-card\">About the Role:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-ukg-card\">As Maintenance\/Reliability Manager, you&#8217;ll provide strategic and hands-on leadership to all maintenance functions-driving operational efficiency by developing maintenance strategies and leading reliability initiatives including equipment reliability, operational uptime, analyzing performance data, and team engagement. You&#8217;ll champion Core Values: Integrity, Safety, Respect, and Excellence, while shaping a culture centered on safety, continuous improvement, and reliability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-ukg-card\"><strong class=\"sc-ukg-card\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"sc-ukg-card\">\n<li class=\"sc-ukg-card\">Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-skilled team (millwrights, electricians, mechanics, technicians) to achieve optimal plant performance and reliability.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-ukg-card\">Oversee and prioritize all aspects of mechanical and electrical maintenance, including shutdowns, equipment upgrades, predictive and preventative maintenance, and process improvements.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-ukg-card\">Champion reliability-centered maintenance strategies that reduce unplanned downtime and extend asset life.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-ukg-card\">Collaborate with production, engineering, and environmental teams to drive plant efficiency, safety, and compliance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-ukg-card\">Manage project construction, vendor coordination, new equipment installations, and continuous process upgrades.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-ukg-card\">Standardize parts and procedures, implement training, and stay current on technology advancements for enhanced reliability.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-ukg-card\">Monitor costs, maintain budgets, and ensure all projects and repairs meet required timelines and regulations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-ukg-card\">Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"sc-ukg-card\"><strong class=\"sc-ukg-card\">What You Bring <\/strong>(minimum education and experience)<strong class=\"sc-ukg-card\">:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"sc-ukg-card\">\n<li class=\"sc-ukg-card\">BS degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-ukg-card\">Seven (7)+ years&#8217;
