This is a true player-coach role for a leader who enjoys managing people while remaining actively involved in daily operations. The role includes oversight of high-volume invoicing, cash applications, collections, client billing, reconciliations, and complex billback processes. The company currently operates on QuickBooks and anticipates migrating to NetSuite in the future.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop a team of AR professionals while actively participating in day-to-day AR operations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, collections, billing issue resolution, and account reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee approximately 400-700 client invoices monthly and ensure timely, accurate billing.<\/li>\n<li>Administer complex billbacks, including client pass-through expenses and third-party vendor or production costs.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with client-facing and operational teams to ensure all billable costs are captured and invoiced accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve billing disputes, collection issues, and reconciliation variances.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze AR aging, cash flow trends, and collection performance using Excel and ERP reporting tools.<\/li>\n<li>Support process improvements and play a key role in the company&#8217;s future ERP migration.<span class=\"___xxxjie0 f1w7gpdv f1gqqdtu\" data-wra=\"1\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Required Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience with ownership of the full AR cycle.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Previous people management experience is required<\/strong> with direct responsibility for coaching, workload management, and performance oversight.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with complex billing, billbacks, pass-through expenses, project-based billing, WIP, or similar revenue recovery processes.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work in a hands-on, high-volume environment.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP\/XLOOKUP, reconciliations, and aging analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in QuickBooks or another ERP system;
