This position offers the opportunity to work on highly complex engineering projects focused on thermal performance, heat transfer, and environmental analysis in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience performing thermal modeling and analysis on mission-critical hardware while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline<\/li>\n<li>Experience performing thermal analysis for aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability systems<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Thermal Desktop<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience using <strong>FEMAP<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>ANSYS<\/strong> for thermal and structural analysis<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid flow principles<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating thermal models and interpreting analysis results<\/li>\n<li>Ability to support system design through analytical assessments and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a multidisciplinary engineering environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>U.S. citizenship required;
