This position is ideal for someone who can take ownership of an active prosecution portfolio with minimal ramp-up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Prepare, review, and coordinate U.S. and foreign patent prosecution filings.<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">Prepare and file IDSs, assignments, declarations, powers of attorney, and other formal documents.<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Support patent maintenance matters, client reporting, USPTO correspondence, and related prosecution workflows.<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Coordinate with clients, foreign associates, attorneys, and the USPTO to keep matters progressing accurately and on time.<\/li>\n<li value=\"5\">Maintain electronic matter files and proactively monitor complex patent portfolios for potential issues and upcoming deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Strong knowledge of U.S. patent prosecution procedures, USPTO filings, and docketing workflows.<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage numerous competing deadlines.<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Professional communication skills and experience working with clients and foreign associates.<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned matters, and collaborate closely with attorneys and legal support staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree required;
