In this role, you will be responsible for protecting existing revenue, driving customer adoption and engagement, and partnering with internal teams to ensure the long-term success and satisfaction of an assigned portfolio of clients.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in managing strategic customer relationships through structured outreach programs, including regular business reviews, executive stakeholder engagement, and ongoing account planning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience supporting wealth management firms, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors (RIAs), wealth technology platforms, or digital wealth solutions is highly preferred.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to both established and emerging clients, providing industry insights and best practices to help them maximize the value of the company&#8217;s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Manage post-sale client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.<\/li>\n<li>Guide clients on adoption and engagement across the organization&#8217;s suite of fintech and data solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Act as an escalation point and collaborate with Client Services and Support teams to advocate for customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Professional Services, to communicate client priorities and ensure successful delivery of commitments.<\/li>\n<li>Lead renewal and growth discussions to protect and expand account revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Build executive-level relationships with stakeholders across digital, product, operations, and wealth leadership teams to align solutions with clients&#8217;
