This role was designed to support an expanding workforce by taking ownership of the day-to-day administration of the company&#8217;s benefits programs and serving as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for a benefits-focused professional who enjoys employee interaction, thrives on accuracy and compliance, and wants exposure to senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional services environment.<\/p>\n<p>This position is largely <strong>remote<\/strong>, with in-person days in the Philadelphia office. Compensation includes a <strong>base salary up to  $90,000,  <\/strong>commisserate with experience. <\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leadership regarding health, welfare, retirement, and leave-related benefit programs, providing guidance and support across all offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, COBRA activities, and annual Open Enrollment coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and audit benefits data within Paylocity, ensuring accuracy across employee records, payroll deductions, vendor integrations, eligibility reports, and vendor feeds.<\/li>\n<li>Process benefits-related invoices, funding requests, and reconciliations while partnering with Payroll and external vendors to ensure accurate deductions and funding activities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate leave of absence and accommodation processes in collaboration with third-party administrators and conduct benefits orientations and ongoing employee education initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and distribute benefits communications, maintain policies and internal resources, support compliance and reporting requirements, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and leadership to deliver a seamless employee benefits experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring 2-3+ years of dedicated benefits administration experience, or 5+ years of HR experience with significant responsibility for employee benefits programs.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate expertise supporting health, welfare, retirement, leave, and ancillary benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, Open Enrollment, and vendor management.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on complex benefits questions and sensitive life events with professionalism and discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize advanced Excel and\/or Google Sheets skills to manage large datasets, perform reconciliations, and generate accurate reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage HRIS systems to support benefits administration, with Paylocity experience strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Exhibit exceptional customer service, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all employee levels, including executive and C-suite leadership, while managing multiple priorities in a professional services or corporate environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please Note: This is a true Benefits Specialist position.
