This highly visible, client-facing position is responsible for creating exceptional experiences for visitors, employees, and guests while ensuring the reception area operates smoothly and efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is friendly, polished, service-oriented, and passionate about creating a welcoming workplace environment. This role combines reception, hospitality, workplace services, and administrative support in a fast-paced professional setting.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Guest &amp; Visitor Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and employees with professionalism and enthusiasm.<\/li>\n<li>Provide office orientations, directions, and wayfinding assistance throughout the campus.<\/li>\n<li>Create a positive first impression for all visitors and guests.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to inquiries promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reception &amp; Front Desk Operations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area.<\/li>\n<li>Manage visitor check-in procedures and issue visitor or temporary employee badges.<\/li>\n<li>Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain updated contact and phone directories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Customer Service &amp; Workplace Support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidence.<\/li>\n<li>Support workplace initiatives that enhance the overall employee and client experience.<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations for improving workplace services and experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the front lobby and reception area meet company standards and create a welcoming atmosphere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Meeting &amp; Event Coordination<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with meeting and event logistics, including setup and coordination needs.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with facilities and workplace teams to ensure events and meetings run smoothly.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively communicate and prepare for workplace activities and visitor needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Administrative &amp; Operational Support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and submit work orders for maintenance, custodial, safety, and security requests.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange transportation services as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate client and employee needs and provide solutions before issues arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Security &amp;
