Details:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Pay rate – $100 – $115\/hr DOE<\/p>\n

Estimated to start in January 2027, with the possibility of starting earlier<\/p>\n

Estimated duration – 6 months<\/p>\n

Concurrent employment – Not permitted<\/p>\n

Hours – 35-40\/week<\/p>\n

Location – Remote, but must reside in and be actively licensed and in good standing in CA<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Must reside in California and be actively licensed and in good standing with the California Bar<\/p>\n

5+ years of California employment litigation experience<\/p>\n

Recent employment litigation experience required<\/p>\n

Strong preference for defense-side employment litigation experience<\/p>\n

Experience with wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and related employment matters<\/p>\n
