font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: black;\">Our client, a large association in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced events\/trade show professional to join their busy team based in Herndon, VA!<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: black;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: black;\">Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Serve as the lead project manager for multiple U.S. and Mexico based trade shows, with support from the Trade Show Operations team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Oversee timelines, deliverables, exhibitor participation and communication, marketing coordination, and exhibitor hall operations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Coordinate setup, testing, updates, and functionality of exhibitor platforms, floor plans, online directories, mobile apps, and exhibitor resource tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Collaborate with floor managers, vendors, and exhibitors to support successful move-in, show operations, and move-out activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Responsible for overseeing sponsorship opportunities and exhibitor agreements and requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Manage all trade show operations for two trade shows in Mexico, collaborating with the Mexico-based team and project managing all parts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: black;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: black;\">Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">4+ years of trade show experience and a bachelors degree is required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Experience overseeing multiple medium to large trade shows annually.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Impeccable detail-orientation, prioritization skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Strong customer service and relationship management skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Spanish language proficiency helpful, but not required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt;\">Willingness to travel 20% of the time (about 6 trade shows) annually.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: black;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Arial; font-size: 9.0pt; color: black;\">About the Role:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed;
