Pharm) or PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations, prescription dispensing, and pharmacy compliance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience overseeing pharmacy operations, staff, and prescription fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Job Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee pharmacy operations and fulfillment personnel during assigned shifts to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prescription orders are reviewed, prepared, documented, and dispensed in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor compounding and dispensing activities to ensure proper technique, accuracy, and patient safety.<\/li>\n<li>Assess patient medication histories and profiles, develop care plans, and monitor therapeutic outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Counsel patients on prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and nutritional supplements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with patients, providers, nurses, and internal team members to resolve medication-related questions and ensure prescription accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Support prescription fulfillment, shipping, and handling activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Additional Information<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Full-time \/ First Shift with an 8 hour schedule, between the hours of 7:00a &#8211;
