This role partners closely with senior leaders and people managers across multiple business units, providing strategic guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have deep HR business partner experience within financial services, commercial banking, wealth management, or capital markets environments. margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with 4+ years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience supporting commercial banking, financial services, wealth management, or capital markets organizations, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Employee relations and workplace investigations experience, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience partnering directly with senior leadership on talent management, performance management, and succession planning, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Multi-state Human Resources experience and knowledge of U.S. employment laws, preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience with UKG and\/or SAP SuccessFactors, preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;
