This associate will be a primary point of contact for retailers, sales, individual customers, wholesale distributors, and more. The company is looking for a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented individual to join their team. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with internal departments, field personnel, and distribution partners to coordinate order fulfillment<\/li>\n<li>Accurately enter and update customer orders in the system<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and follow up on order statuses, ensuring timely deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Address and troubleshoot customer concerns; escalate issues as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in all customer interactions<\/li>\n<li>Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required<\/li>\n<li>Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data entry<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with basic computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, order entry systems)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual in English &amp; Spanish is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Previous customer service or call center experience is a bonus, but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"64\" data-end=\"299\">This contract position offers <strong>$24 an hour<\/strong> and is set to run for <strong>at least two months<\/strong>, with strong potential to extend!
