This full-time temporary position is expected to last at least six months and requires 40 hours per week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Wilmington, DE (location with free parking)<br \/> <strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Full-time, 40 hours per week; primarily onsite <br \/> <strong>Duration:<\/strong> At least 6 months<br \/> <strong>Start Date:<\/strong> ASAP<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support attorneys with personal injury and workers&#8217; compensation matters from inception through resolution<\/li>\n<li>Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, discovery, and settlement materials<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties<\/li>\n<li>Obtain and review medical records and case-related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate hearings, appointments, filings, and case deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized case files and assist with trial and hearing preparation<\/li>\n<li>Prepare client distributions and handle related administrative tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in personal injury and\/or workers&#8217; compensation law<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of case management and legal documentation<\/li>\n<li>Experience with court filings and litigation support<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
