This role plays a key part in coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.<\/p>\n<p>This is a contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire and offers a primarily remote work arrangement based out of Eden Prairie, MN.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Training Period (First 3 Weeks):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onsite in Eden Prairie, MN<\/li>\n<li>Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM &#8211; 12:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Regular Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primarily remote with one required in-office day per month<\/li>\n<li>Rotating evening and weekend schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Shift Hours<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday-Friday: 4:00 PM &#8211; 12:30 AM<\/li>\n<li>Saturday &amp; Sunday: 8:00 AM &#8211; 5:30 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>**Several schedule options are available. Apply to learn more about current openings.**<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage daily transportation activities, including order entry, appointment scheduling, shipment tracking, and invoice processing while adhering to established procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor shared inboxes and task queues to respond efficiently to customer and carrier inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Record shipment events, resolve issues, and follow escalation protocols to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Review and maintain shipment information to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer and company requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with teammates and cross-functional teams to help achieve operational performance goals and service standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Required<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous customer service experience.<\/li>\n<li>At least a high school diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Preferred<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate&#8217;s or Bachelor&#8217;s degree from an accredited institution.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a call center, logistics, transportation, or customer support environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Dedication to supporting an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join This Team?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This opportunity offers valuable exposure to logistics operations while building customer service and problem-solving skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
