This role plays a key part in ensuring shipments move efficiently while maintaining data accuracy and resolving issues in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a primarily remote work environment following the initial training period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Training Period (First 5 Weeks):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onsite in Eden Prairie, MN<\/li>\n<li>Monday through Friday<\/li>\n<li>3:30 PM &#8211; 12:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Regular Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primarily remote with one in-office day per month<\/li>\n<li>Rotating overnight and weekend schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sunday: 11:30 PM &#8211; 8:00 AM<\/li>\n<li>Monday &#8211; Thursday: 11:30 PM &#8211; 8:00 AM<\/li>\n<li>Friday: 11:30 PM &#8211; 8:00 AM<\/li>\n<li>Saturday: 11:30 PM &#8211; 8:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage transportation and logistics functions including order creation, appointment scheduling, shipment tracking, and invoice processing while adhering to established procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor team task queues and shared email inboxes, responding promptly to customer and carrier inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Record shipment activity, document exceptions, and follow escalation protocols when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Review and maintain load information to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer and company requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Partners with colleagues across the operation to achieve service, productivity, and quality objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a positive customer experience by communicating professionally and resolving issues efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least high school diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Previous customer service experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate&#8217;s or Bachelor&#8217;s degree from an accredited institution.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a call center, logistics, transportation, or customer support environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accurate records.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This position offers an excellent opportunity to build experience in logistics, operations, and customer support while working with a collaborative team.
