This is a newly created position due to company growth and offers the opportunity to build, own, and manage HR functions for a dynamic workforce. Reporting directly to ownership\/leadership, this individual will be a vital decision-maker.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and perform HR administration tasks, including onboarding\/offboarding, compliance, recordkeeping, and policy creation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and administer payroll.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, changes, communication, orientation, and more.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with leave administration and employee documentation<\/li>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for office and field positions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring processes<\/li>\n<li>Assist with employee relations matters and HR best practices<\/li>\n<li>Provide HR guidance to employees and management as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing payroll, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding\/offboarding processes<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities independently<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (Paychex is a plus!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>This newly created contract-to-hire role offers up to $38.45\/hour, commisserate with experience, or a salary up to $80,000. This role is fully onsite and requires a well-rounded HR professional with experience across payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, employee onboarding and offboarding, and day-to-day employee relations.
