This role will oversee and manage complex litigation matters, partner with outside counsel, assist with case strategy, attend mediations and trials, and advise internal stakeholders on risk and compliance issues.<\/p>\n<p>Qualified candidates will have strong civil litigation experience, with medical malpractice, or trial experience preferred.
