This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys working with customers, resolving payment issues, and helping improve cash flow while maintaining positive client relationships. As the Collections Specialist, you will play a key role in managing outstanding accounts receivable balances, communicating with customers regarding past due invoices, and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely payment resolution. Responsibilities As the Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Contacting customers regarding past due balances through phone, email, and written correspondence<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">Managing a portfolio of accounts and following up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Researching and resolving billing discrepancies, deductions, short pays, and disputed invoices<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Negotiating payment arrangements and documenting collection activity within the system<\/li>\n<li value=\"5\">Monitoring aging reports and prioritizing collection efforts based on risk and delinquency levels<\/li>\n<li value=\"6\">Partnering with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve customer issues impacting payment<\/li>\n<li value=\"7\">Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and collection activities<\/li>\n<li value=\"8\">Preparing account reconciliations and customer statements as needed<\/li>\n<li value=\"9\">Assisting with month-end reporting and providing updates on collection performance<\/li>\n<li value=\"10\">Identifying opportunities to improve collection processes and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates should have:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Associate&#8217;s or Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">2+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or credit and collections experience<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Experience managing customer accounts and resolving payment disputes<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Strong understanding of accounts receivable and collection procedures<\/li>\n<li value=\"5\">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working within ERP or accounting systems<\/li>\n<li value=\"6\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li value=\"7\">Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities<\/li>\n<li value=\"8\">Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li value=\"9\">Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and meet established collection goals<\/li>\n<li value=\"10\">Professional, proactive, and results-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Why Apply?
