As the Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis while providing actionable insights to support organizational growth and profitability. Responsibilities As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Preparing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">Analyzing financial results and identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities within the business<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Assisting with the annual budget process and periodic forecasting activities<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Developing variance analyses and providing explanations for differences between actual and budgeted results<\/li>\n<li value=\"5\">Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li value=\"6\">Partnering with department leaders to provide financial guidance and support decision-making<\/li>\n<li value=\"7\">Creating dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)<\/li>\n<li value=\"8\">Supporting business case development and investment analysis for new initiatives<\/li>\n<li value=\"9\">Assisting with month-end close activities and financial reporting processes as needed<\/li>\n<li value=\"10\">Identifying process improvement opportunities and helping drive efficiencies across financial planning and reporting functions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates should have:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">2-5 years of financial analysis, FP&amp;A, corporate finance, or related experience<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data<\/li>\n<li value=\"5\">Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and financial modeling techniques<\/li>\n<li value=\"6\">Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms<\/li>\n<li value=\"7\">Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders<\/li>\n<li value=\"8\">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li value=\"9\">Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li value=\"10\">Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and improving processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Why Apply?
