As the Senior Accounting Consultant, you will provide accounting and financial expertise to support critical business initiatives, month-end close processes, financial reporting, system implementations, process improvements, and other special projects. Responsibilities As the Senior Accounting Consultant, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">Preparing and reviewing complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Supporting financial statement preparation and ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Analyzing financial data and investigating variances, trends, and key business drivers<\/li>\n<li value=\"5\">Assisting with ERP implementations, upgrades, conversions, and process improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<li value=\"6\">Providing accounting support for mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational changes<\/li>\n<li value=\"7\">Collaborating with leadership teams to identify and implement operational efficiencies and internal controls<\/li>\n<li value=\"8\">Supporting external audits and coordinating responses to audit requests<\/li>\n<li value=\"9\">Mentoring junior accounting staff and serving as a subject matter expert on accounting best practices<\/li>\n<li value=\"10\">Managing special projects and delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates should have:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting or Finance<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior-level responsibilities<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting best practices<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Experience leading month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation<\/li>\n<li value=\"5\">Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and financial analysis tools<\/li>\n<li value=\"6\">Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms<\/li>\n<li value=\"7\">CPA designation or CPA candidacy strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li value=\"8\">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities<\/li>\n<li value=\"9\">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li value=\"10\">Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Why Apply?
