This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working across both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions while contributing to process improvements, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. As the AR\/AP Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, maintaining strong internal controls, and helping improve efficiencies across the organization&#8217;s financial processes. Responsibilities As the AR\/AP Accountant, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Supporting customer invoicing, payment application activities, and overall accounts receivable operations<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">Researching and resolving payment discrepancies, account variances, and unapplied cash transactions<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Collaborating with customers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely receipt processing<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Reviewing account adjustments, credits, refunds, and related financial activity<\/li>\n<li value=\"5\">Processing vendor invoices and supporting timely payment execution within established guidelines<\/li>\n<li value=\"6\">Investigating and resolving invoice exceptions, supplier inquiries, and payment-related concerns<\/li>\n<li value=\"7\">Partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve transactional efficiency<\/li>\n<li value=\"8\">Assisting with process documentation, internal controls, and compliance initiatives<\/li>\n<li value=\"9\">Supporting audit requests, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities as needed<\/li>\n<li value=\"10\">Participating in process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates should have:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">2+ years of experience supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting functions<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Experience working within ERP systems and financial reporting tools<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial controls<\/li>\n<li value=\"5\">Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting capabilities<\/li>\n<li value=\"6\">Experience supporting system enhancements, workflow improvements, or automation initiatives preferred<\/li>\n<li value=\"7\">Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail<\/li>\n<li value=\"8\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li value=\"9\">Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li value=\"10\">Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Why Apply?
