This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting experienced professionals within technical and specialized skill areas while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for professional and technical positions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple open requisitions and maintain hiring pipelines to meet business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interview coordination, and offer support.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain talent networks through market research and relationship building.<\/li>\n<li>Track recruiting activity and provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to help improve recruiting processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of talent acquisition experience.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, staffing\/recruiting agencies, or similar fast-paced environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting for technical or IT-related roles strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Schedule &amp;
