This role will support open enrollment initiatives, health and welfare benefits administration, employee communications, compliance activities, audits, and vendor coordination while partnering closely with a high-performing benefits team. The ideal candidate will have prior benefits, HR, or employee-facing experience within financial or professional services. vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">1+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, recruiting, or a related function, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Financial services, banking, or professional services industry experience, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience managing employee inquiries, vendor coordination, audits, compliance activities, and reporting, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience with leave of absence administration, preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
