This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters from case inception through trial and resolution.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys, clients, and outside parties.<\/p>\n<h2>Position Overview<\/h2>\n<h3>Litigation Support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft, prepare, and revise pleadings, motions, subpoenas, notices, and other legal documents.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with all phases of written discovery, including drafting and organizing interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, and related responses.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct legal and factual research and prepare summaries for attorney review.<\/li>\n<li>Gather, analyze, organize, and summarize records, documents, and supporting materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Court Filings &amp; Docketing Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts using electronic filing systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor court dockets and ensure compliance with applicable court rules and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain litigation calendars and track key dates, hearings, and filing requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate service of process and filing-related logistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Case Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation events.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, vendors, and court personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with document management, case tracking, and litigation workflow processes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate case information within litigation support and case management systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Trial Preparation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support attorneys with all aspects of hearing and trial preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare exhibit lists, trial binders, witness files, demonstratives, and other case materials.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate logistics for hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.<\/li>\n<li>Provide courtroom and trial support when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial litigation experience strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience filing documents in both state and federal courts.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of electronic filing systems and court procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with document management, case management, and e-discovery platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Compensation &amp;
