products<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Own development of primary and secondary aircraft structural parts and assemblies (metallic and composite) from preliminary design through prototype manufacturing<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform complex modeling and finite element analysis at the detailed component level, major assembly level, and aircraft level (analysis simulations to include strength, buckling, damage tolerance, and delamination)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apply design for manufacturing concepts to create solutions that are cost effective and easy to manufacture at rate<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct trade studies and perform design and analysis research of complex engineering concepts to determine an optimal solution for weight, performance, manufacturability, cost, and\/or schedule<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment to solve complex, open-ended problems with an emphasis on schedule and cost objectives<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate work with mechanical systems, systems integration, aerodynamics, manufacturing, project engineering, and other team members<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onsite engineering support at manufacturing and integration sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&#8217;s in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5+ years of experience in aerospace structures design, analysis, or related roles<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency in CAD software and experience with engineering data analysis<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proven expertise in structural modeling and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN, or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong understanding of material properties, stress analysis, fatigue assessment, load paths, design practices, and hand calculations<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FEMAP proficiency <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong technical knowledge in core engineering principles, fundamental mechanics of composite materials, design, analysis, testing, and fabrication<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent problem-solving and communication skills<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Self-driven with a strong sense of autonomy and adaptability in a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with clean sheet aircraft configuration<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siemens NX proficiency<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with fast paced prototype design and manufacture of uncrewed aircraft<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with high temperature materials selection<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Broad experience across a range of aircraft programs<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hands-on experience with manufacturing<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practical aircraft knowledge (pilots license, A&amp;P,
