This role blends project coordination, client-facing support, and executive-level administrative responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of project management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Boston, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: Hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Preferred<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include managing multiple client projects from planning through completion; coordinating meetings, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions; preparing, editing, and proofreading presentations, proposals, reports, and other client materials; monitoring project budgets, tracking progress, and providing status updates to stakeholders; conducting research, compiling data, and preparing project-related analyses; managing calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative support for senior professionals; and partnering with clients, internal teams, and external contacts to ensure projects remain on track and deadlines are met.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of project management experience within a professional services environment; prior executive support experience working with senior leaders; exceptional written communication, editing, and quality control skills; proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail;
