This role is ideal for someone with strong Windows and Mac support experience who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and contributing to desktop and endpoint management initiatives.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support for Windows and macOS systems.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and application issues.<\/li>\n<li>Configure, deploy, image, and maintain desktops and laptops.<\/li>\n<li>Support Microsoft Office 365 and related productivity applications.<\/li>\n<li>Perform software installations, updates, security patching, and endpoint maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with asset management, inventory tracking, and hardware lifecycle activities.<\/li>\n<li>Document issues, solutions, procedures, and technical processes.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Service Desk and other IT teams to resolve escalated issues.<\/li>\n<li>Support desktop security standards and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and licensing information.<\/li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service while supporting users both remotely and in person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Required Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of desktop support or technical support experience.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of Windows 10\/11 operating systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting macOS environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Active Directory administration and user account management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with desktop imaging, software deployment, and endpoint management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a ticketing system and SLA-driven environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work onsite full-time in San Diego (92127).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preferred Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, or similar).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SCCM, MECM, Ivanti, LANDesk, or similar endpoint management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Network+ or CCNA certifications.<\/li>\n<li>ITIL certification.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with software packaging, patch management, and enterprise desktop administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for technology and providing a great end-user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/dGVjaHNhbi4zMDg5OC4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">San-TT1474639_1789585326<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/San-TT1474639_1789585326\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"San Diego, California","_application":"techsan.30898.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[537,187],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":["post-132866","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temp-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
