This role will serve as an embedded partner to hiring managers and recruiting leadership, managing a diverse portfolio of professional and mid-level corporate positions while ensuring hiring timelines and candidate pipelines remain on track. The ideal candidate is a proven full-cycle recruiter who can step into an active desk, quickly establish credibility, and independently drive searches from intake through offer acceptance.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Position Details<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $65,000 &#8211; $75,000<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Full-Time, 8am &#8211; 5pm, comfortable working CST time-zone<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Immediate<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Manage a requisition load of approximately 18-22 corporate positions across multiple business functions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Lead full-cycle recruiting activities, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer recommendation, and closing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Take ownership of active requisitions and maintain pipeline health, candidate engagement, and hiring momentum.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Partner directly with hiring managers to define requirements, qualifications, compensation expectations, and hiring timelines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Source active and passive candidates through talent databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach campaigns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Deliver market intelligence, talent availability insights, and recruiting recommendations to hiring leaders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Coordinate seamlessly with recruiting support teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, candidate documentation, and recruiting activity reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Provide regular updates on requisition progress, pipeline status, and anticipated fill dates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Follow established recruiting processes, compliance standards, and documentation practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Ensure smooth transition of recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and open requisitions at the conclusion of the assignment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Systems &amp; Tools<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">LinkedIn Recruiter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Candidate Sourcing Tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Recruitment Reporting &amp; Pipeline Management Platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or RPO environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Experience managing professional and mid-level corporate recruiting searches across multiple business functions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Proven ability to carry and prioritize a high-volume requisition load.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate disciplines, including Human Resources, Accounting &amp;
