This role is responsible for managing employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, compliance, policy development, and overall HR operations for a growing organization.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-directed HR professional who can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR responsibilities. This person should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<h4>Human Resources Leadership<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with executive leadership and department managers on HR initiatives and workforce planning.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR policies, and related documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, revise, and communicate company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Benefits Administration<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.<\/li>\n<li>Lead annual open enrollment activities and employee benefit education.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary liaison with insurance brokers, carriers, and benefit providers.<\/li>\n<li>Address employee benefit questions and assist with claims resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee leave administration, including FMLA and related programs.<\/li>\n<li>Manage COBRA administration and regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job descriptions, postings, candidate screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate candidate communications and hiring approvals.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate a positive onboarding experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Employee Relations &amp; Compliance<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding workplace concerns and HR policies.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate employee issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain OSHA reporting requirements and workplace safety documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate employee separations, exit documentation, and employment verifications.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor labor law updates and ensure ongoing compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>HR Operations &amp; Office Administration<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain employee handbook, organizational charts, and company directory information.<\/li>\n<li>Track attendance records and communicate balances to employees and managers.<\/li>\n<li>Organize employee engagement activities and company events.<\/li>\n<li>Support facilities, office operations, and workplace initiatives that enhance the employee experience.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in benefits administration and HR compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of employment laws, FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, workers&#8217;
