This role will ensure the programs run effectively &amp; remain competitive in the market, while also maintaining compliance with applicable laws &amp; regulations. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct the strategy and administration of compensation, benefits, leave, and accommodation programs to ensure an engaging employee experience and competitive market positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance across total rewards and employee programs by overseeing adherence to federal and state employment, benefits, pay equity, and leave regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize market intelligence, benchmarking data, analytics, and emerging technologies to inform compensation structures, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers on benefits, compensation, leave, and workplace accommodations.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with business leaders, HR teams, brokers, and external advisors to design, evaluate, and enhance reward programs that align with organizational objectives and workforce needs.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li>6+ years of total rewards experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of benefits &amp;
