This <strong>full\u2011time, onsite role<\/strong> is ideal for a proactive leader who excels in supervising staff, managing workflow, and optimizing operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h3><strong>About You<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Associate degree preferred<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum 5 years of call center and\/or collections experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership background with experience supervising, coaching, and delegating work<\/li>\n<li>High level of integrity and strong sense of urgency<\/li>\n<li>Excellent judgment, problem\u2011solving skills, and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and comfortable working under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual candidates preferred<\/li>\n<li>Availability <strong>Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM<\/strong>, with flexibility for additional hours as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Oversees daily operations of both the in\u2011person and remote contact centers to ensure exceptional customer service.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Conducts comprehensive <strong>training for customer service representatives<\/strong>, including temporary and permanent staff.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and maintains a &#8220;Best Practices&#8221; plan to improve efficiency and standardize procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors productivity through direct observation and performance data, providing daily feedback and coaching.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends assignments, promotions, and disciplinary actions based on performance evaluations.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes volume trends in calls, foot traffic, and document processing to plan staffing and workflow needs.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies accounts that would benefit from outreach and prepares outbound call lists for representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains accurate attendance, performance, and quality\u2011control records.<\/li>\n<li>Tracks daily in\u2011person foot traffic and adjusts staffing and coverage as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Creates and manages break and lunch schedules to maintain optimal service levels, with a <strong>goal of answering 90% of inbound calls.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ensures timely handling of mail, returned mail, payments, and other processed documents.<\/li>\n<li>Confirms all office and phone equipment is functioning properly and coordinates with IT when issues arise.<\/li>\n<li>Updates training materials and reviews policy changes with staff.<\/li>\n<li>Manages inventory and orders office supplies through approved vendors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>This is a full-time, onsite position in Philadelphia, paying up to $65,000 a year.
