Excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask are important in this position. Strong technical skills, including MS Office Suite and experience with Summation, Concordance or other litigation support required.<\/p>\n<p> Your responsibilities as a Litigation Paralegal at this leading firm will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing legal research<\/li>\n<li>Calendaring<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with discovery<\/li>\n<li>Preparing deposition materials and summaries<\/li>\n<li>Cite-checking<\/li>\n<li>Interviewing witnesses<\/li>\n<li>Drafting legal documents and e-filing with state and federal courts<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with exhibits<\/li>\n<li>Managing paper and electronic files<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining deposition database<\/li>\n<li>Preparing for and attending depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Firm offers highly competitive salary based on experience, generous bonuses, and an outstanding benefits package that includes annual profit-sharing contribution, annual bonus, generous PTO and more.
