This role is ideal for candidates with print center, mailroom, production, warehouse, or data center experience, as well as individuals looking to begin a career in technology and operations. The position involves operating production equipment, supporting mail processing activities, performing quality checks, and ensuring timely completion of print and fulfillment projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Position Details<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $17-$18\/hr; based on experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Tuesday &#8211; Saturday (7:30am &#8211; 4:00pm)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Immediate<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Operate printers, inserters, finishing equipment, mail-processing machines, and related production systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Monitor production workflows and process assigned jobs according to established procedures<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Clear equipment jams and perform basic operator-level maintenance and troubleshooting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Prepare and maintain production control reports and operational documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Process inventory and outgoing product control activities using manual and computerized systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Use computer terminals and production software to queue jobs, enter data, and respond to system notifications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Perform quality checks to ensure documents are printed, assembled, and packaged correctly<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Complete manual document assembly, postage application, sorting, and packaging tasks as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Identify production issues, document discrepancies, and equipment concerns and escalate appropriately<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity, accuracy, and service levels<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Systems &amp;
