This role combines lease review, project coordination, document management, and transaction support responsibilities, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. The ideal candidate has experience working with commercial leases, portfolio transactions, and lease management systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Position Details<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $58 &#8211; $62\/hr<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday, standard business hours<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Immediate<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Review lease documents and extract critical lease provisions for entry into lease management systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Coordinate multiple real estate portfolio transactions simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Manage high-volume lease and transaction documentation across internal and external stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Track landlord consents, estoppels, approvals, and related transaction documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Maintain accurate transaction records, status reports, and deal trackers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Support transaction teams by monitoring timelines and proactively identifying potential delays<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Coordinate document flow between legal, lease administration, and real estate teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Update lease databases and reporting tools to ensure accurate portfolio information<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Generate transaction and portfolio reports using Excel and other business systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms and documentation repositories<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Systems &amp;
