This position relies heavily on strong Excel skills, data analysis, and payroll experience. The Payroll Analyst supports multi\u2011state union and non\u2011union payrolls while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across all payroll processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Processes and analyzes weekly and bi\u2011weekly payroll for assigned divisions, including union, hourly, and salaried staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Enters and validates payroll data, including timesheets, work orders, adjustments, and corrections.<\/li>\n<li>Uses advanced Excel skills-pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas, data auditing-to analyze, validate, and reconcile payroll data.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares final pay for terminated employees, ensuring federal and state compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures accuracy and compliance by verifying pay rates, deductions, and employee classifications against company policies, union contracts, and SOX controls.<\/li>\n<li>Audits timesheet data to identify inconsistencies and resolve exceptions before payroll processing.<\/li>\n<li>Responds promptly to payroll questions, providing clear guidance and resolving discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Updates payroll procedures and maintains accurate documentation of payroll processes.<\/li>\n<li>Performs general ledger reconciliation, identifies discrepancies, and prepares supporting documentation for Accounting and Finance.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with payroll tax activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings processed through the payroll vendor.<\/li>\n<li>Processes voluntary employee deductions such as 401(k), ESPP, and United Way.<\/li>\n<li>Generates standard and ad hoc payroll reports to support Finance, HR, and Operations in labor cost analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Supports system enhancements, testing, and process automation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Benefits, and IT to resolve issues and manage special requests.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains up\u2011to\u2011date knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with special projects, such as W\u20112 reconciliation, internal\/external audits, and year\u2011end processing.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures payroll documents, records, and reports meet audit and compliance standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must-Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Must have strong Excel skills (v-lookups and pivot tables).<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of multi-state payroll<\/li>\n<li>Preferably larger company experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmluYW5jZXBoaS42NjQ1OS4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">T1474234EG_1789764806<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/T1474234EG_1789764806\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Radnor, Pennsylvania","_application":"financephi.66459.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[201,209],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":["post-133030","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temp-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
