This is a full-time opportunity supporting attorneys in a sophisticated litigation practice focused on environmental, public lands, natural resources, energy, and other complex commercial matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The position offers a hybrid schedule of <\/span>4 days onsite and 1 remote day per week<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Please note that this schedule was recently updated, and the firm is not offering additional flexibility beyond the designated remote day. The salary range for this position is <\/span>$95,000-$120,000<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, depending on experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ideal candidate will have <\/span>5+ years of litigation paralegal experience<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> within a law firm environment. Candidates with experience supporting environmental, energy, commercial, or other complex civil litigation matters are strongly preferred. Trial and trial preparation experience are highly valued. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills required and Job Duties include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Draft, prepare, and file pleadings and other documents in state and federal courts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage case files and maintain litigation calendars and deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist attorneys with all phases of discovery, including document review and production<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare exhibits, witness binders, and trial materials for depositions, hearings, and trials<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate with court reporters, process servers, expert witnesses, and other third parties<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with eDiscovery matters and management of electronically stored information<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare medical chronologies and case summaries<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cite check and format legal documents, including Bluebook citations when applicable<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support attorneys through trial preparation and, when needed, trial attendance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organize and maintain large volumes of case documents and records<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience supporting complex litigation matters<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trial preparation experience required;
