We are specifically looking for experience in commercial real estate related to shopping centers and retail triple-net properties (e.g. restaurants, drug stores, banks buildings, etc.). Your expertise will support attorneys in navigating all phases of the deal process, from contract negotiation to post-closing matters. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week); candidates should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contracts and loan commitments through closing and post-closing.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with commercial real estate due diligence, including title and survey reviews, title objection letters, lease reviews, municipal lien searches, and UCC, judgment, litigation, and lien searches.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare organizational documents and assist in entity formation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare closing checklists, critical dates timelines, title commitments, title policies, closing statements, title and other affidavits, entity authorizations, customary closing documentation, etc.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible for closing binders and assisting with other aspects of the transactions as needed, both locally and nationally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Seasoned Professional<\/em>: Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with experience in commercial real estate related to shopping centers and retail triple-net properties (e.g. restaurants, drug stores, banks buildings, etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Detail-Oriented:<\/em> Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Problem-Solver:<\/em> Proactively identify and resolve issues, showcasing resourcefulness and initiative.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Effective Communicator:<\/em> Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external parties through clear and concise communication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Tech-Savvy:<\/em> Demonstrate proficiency with Windows-based software and essential Microsoft Office applications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&#8217;s Degree and Paralegal Certification preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
