{"id":133065,"date":"2026-09-21T12:15:48","date_gmt":"2026-09-21T12:15:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1473514_1789992948-corporate-legal-assistant-miami-florida\/"},"modified":"2026-09-21T14:18:04","modified_gmt":"2026-09-21T14:18:04","slug":"1473514_1789992948-corporate-legal-assistant-miami-florida","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1473514_1789992948-corporate-legal-assistant-miami-florida\/","title":{"rendered":"Corporate Legal Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1473514_1789992948\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5>Legal Assistant | Corporate Practice Group | Tampa<\/h5>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"form-group\">A Florida law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant for our Tampa office to support Attorneys in the Firm&#8217;s Corporate Practice Group. <\/p>\n<div class=\"form-field\">\n<p><strong><em>Essential Functions:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Creates, edits, spell checks, and proofreads work products following the Firm&#8217;s established document processing methods and procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n<li>Schedules and maintains attorneys&#8217; calendars.<\/li>\n<li>Handles monthly client billing (paper and electronic billing). Review billing prebills for accuracy and completeness. Performs client, matter, and narrative edits.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares attorneys&#8217; expense reports; prepares payment of vendor invoices or checks to be drawn and charged to appropriate client\/matter numbers.<\/li>\n<li>Opens new matters and generates client conflict checks.<\/li>\n<li>Sets up and maintains attorneys&#8217;
