This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys working independently, building long-term customer relationships, and being rewarded for performance through an uncapped commission structure.<\/p>\n<p>This role is primarily field-based, allowing you to spend your time meeting with customers, prospecting new business, and growing revenue across your territory.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, contractors, and home builders<\/li>\n<li>Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory<\/li>\n<li>Grow existing accounts through relationship building and customer service<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular in-person customer meetings and sales presentations<\/li>\n<li>Manage sales activities, pipeline, and opportunities within a CRM system<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with customers to understand project needs and provide solutions<\/li>\n<li>Meet and exceed sales and activity goals<\/li>\n<li>Drive revenue growth through both new and existing business development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<h3>Required<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and comfortable working independently<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license and reliable transportation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Insulation sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Gutter sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Roofing sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Siding sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Existing relationships within the residential construction industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Compensation &amp;
