The estimated temp duration is one month with potential to extend. The hours are 9am-6pm and this role is hybrid with Tuesday &#8211; Thursday in the office with Mondays\/Fridays remote. Pay is $55-$73\/hour depending on experience.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone with prior experience supporting legal executives &#8211; such as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or senior in-house attorneys &#8211; who understands the pace and confidentiality demands of a legal function embedded in a fast-moving investment platform.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage complex, frequently shifting calendars for one or more Legal executives, prioritizing competing demands and anticipating scheduling conflicts before they arise<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, board committee meetings, and outside counsel calls<\/li>\n<li>Handle highly confidential legal, personnel, and corporate information with sound judgment and discretion<\/li>\n<li>Arrange domestic and international travel, and process related expense reports<\/li>\n<li>Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, memos, and legal department communications<\/li>\n<li>Support contract routing, signature workflows, and document management in coordination with the legal operations team<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between the Legal team and internal stakeholders (Finance, IR, HR, Executive Office) as well as outside counsel and external parties<\/li>\n<li>Assist with legal department budgeting and budget reporting, invoice processing, and vendor coordination<\/li>\n<li>Help plan legal team offsites, trainings, and department events<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the Administration team meetings and trainings, and provide backup coverage for other executive assistants as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">QUALIFICATIONS<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2+ years supporting legal executives (General Counsel, law firm partners, or senior in-house counsel)<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience at a law firm, corporate legal department, or financial\/investment firm strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional discretion and judgment handling privileged and confidential information<\/li>\n<li>Strong written communication skills and impeccable attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel;
