This is a full-time opportunity supporting attorneys and clients throughout the property tax appeal process, with exposure to commercial, industrial, and investment properties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in real estate, property tax, or legal analysis work.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/azurebeaconhillsg-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/mrischard_beaconhillstaffing_com\/Documents\/Microsoft Copilot Chat Files\/Job Description - Commerical Industrial Analyst.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This position is fully onsite in Homewood, IL and follows a schedule of 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The salary range for this position is $65k-$75k, depending on experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Prior experience in a law firm, real estate company, property tax environment, or municipal government setting is preferred.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills required and Job Duties include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and file property tax appeal complaints and supporting documentation for commercial, industrial, and investment properties<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Draft factual summaries and preliminary briefs for attorney review<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collect, organize, and submit supporting evidence, including appraisals, rent rolls, vacancy affidavits, and related documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage case dockets and track filing deadlines, hearings, and evidentiary requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review assessment records, tax histories, and property record cards to identify appeal opportunities and discrepancies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with tax objection matters in Circuit Court, including court calls and document production<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain case-tracking databases and monitor case status and outcomes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding data requests, status updates, and general inquiries<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate with county officials on hearings, refund processing, and certificate of error applications<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Draft professional correspondence for clients, attorneys, and government agencies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support economic development and tax incentive matters, including Class 6b, 7, and 8 incentives and TIF-related filings after training<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to independently manage a high volume of deadlines and competing priorities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional communication skills when interacting with clients, attorneys, and government personnel<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree, Associate&#8217;s degree, or Paralegal Certificate preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prior experience in a law firm, real estate company, or municipal government setting preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight:
