This is a hands-on PA role that requires exceptional organization, strong judgment, and the ability to stay several steps ahead at all time. For temp only candidates, the pay rate is $50-$62\/hour depending on experience. For temp to perm candidates, 120K-130K base salary, temp rate in line.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Start: September 2026 (ideally on\/around 9\/25)<\/p>\n<p>Duration: 2+ months  with potential to extend and\/or potential to convert for TTP candidates<\/p>\n<p>Schedule: Monday &#8211; Friday onsite, 9am-7pm. Flexibility is required outside of traditional hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on the principal&#8217;s needs and priorities<\/p>\n<p>Location: West Villiage (NYC)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy setting, is comfortable managing constant change, and brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to their work<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the co-founder of a well-known consumer brand with a wide range of personal and lifestyle responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Handle day-to-day errands including returns, personal shopping, pickups, deliveries, and gift sourcing<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate travel details, hotel room set ups, reservations, and special requests<\/li>\n<li>Manage receipts, expense tracking, and purchases<\/li>\n<li>Arrange appointments and oversee personal logistics<\/li>\n<li>Assist with pet care coordination, including scheduling dog walkers and vet visits (and stepping in when needed)<\/li>\n<li>Research vendors, services, events, restaurants, and unique requests throughout NYC<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted go-to for last minute needs and changing priorities<\/li>\n<li>No task is too big or too small.
