1+ year of experience working in a customer service or technical support role<\/p>\n

Exposure to Windows & Mac devices<\/p>\n

Experience documenting calls within a ticketing system<\/p>\n

Experience with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and metrics<\/p>\n

Punctual and strong track record of attendance at previous jobs<\/p>\n

Detail oriented and ability to follow directions<\/p>\n

Experience working in a fast paced environment<\/p>\n

Strong verbal, written and typing skills<\/p>\n

Desired Skills: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Experience troubleshooting Active Directory issues<\/p>\n

A+ and\/or Net+ certifications<\/p>\n
