This role will serve as the primary financial partner to operations and supply chain leadership, with a focus on cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"984\">The ideal candidate will bring strong cost\/manufacturing accounting experience, the ability to work independently, and the drive to deliver meaningful insights that improve decision-making across the business.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"989\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1017\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"2286\">\n<li data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1141\">\n<p data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1141\">Partner with operations and supply chain teams to analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, and cost drivers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1255\">\n<p data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1255\">Maintain and monitor <strong data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1192\">standard costing models<\/strong> across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1374\">\n<p data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1374\">Lead monthly reviews of cost of goods sold, inventory changes, and reserves; provide clear analysis to management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1375\" data-end=\"1491\">\n<p data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1491\">Serve as the finance lead for inventory counts, including reconciliation of ERP data with 3PL-managed inventory.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1605\">\n<p data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1605\">Prepare and deliver detailed margin and cost analyses to guide pricing, forecasting, and strategic decisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1737\">\n<p data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1737\">Provide ERP expertise on operational transactions such as job orders and material movements, supporting cross-functional users.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1849\">\n<p data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1849\">Manage and maintain fixed assets, including capitalization, disposals, transfers, and cost updates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1850\" data-end=\"1930\">\n<p data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1930\">Coordinate intercompany transactions for inventory movement across entities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2036\">\n<p data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"2036\">Support the annual budgeting process, specifically focusing on COGS, margins, and inventory planning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2145\">\n<p data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2145\">Translate large ERP data sets into actionable reporting through advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2206\">\n<p data-start=\"2148\" data-end=\"2206\">Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2286\">\n<p data-start=\"2209\" data-end=\"2286\">Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and special projects as assigned.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2291\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2293\" data-end=\"2313\">Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"3013\">\n<li data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2420\">\n<p data-start=\"2317\" data-end=\"2420\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2544\">\n<p data-start=\"2423\" data-end=\"2544\">1+ years of cost accounting\/cost analysis experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2545\" data-end=\"2631\">\n<p data-start=\"2547\" data-end=\"2631\">Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory management, and variance analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2729\">\n<p data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2729\">Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2730\" data-end=\"2786\">\n<p data-start=\"2732\" data-end=\"2786\">Solid understanding of GAAP and related regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2787\" data-end=\"2912\">\n<p data-start=\"2789\" data-end=\"2912\">Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across functions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2913\" data-end=\"3013\">\n<p data-start=\"2915\" data-end=\"3013\">Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced
