This role is ideal for a highly organized recruiting or HR professional who enjoys coordinating hiring efforts, managing workforce planning, and building strong relationships across the business.<\/p>\n<p>Supporting approximately 50-200 hiring managers, the Recruiting Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between Recruiting, HR, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure hiring goals are met and onboarding classes remain fully staffed and workforce-ready.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate high-volume and class-based hiring initiatives across multiple locations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage hiring pipelines and workforce schedules for upcoming onboarding classes.<\/li>\n<li>Track candidates through the full hiring lifecycle, including interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, and start dates.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize Workday to manage candidate activity, track hiring metrics, and monitor class readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Generate hiring and workforce readiness reports using Workday and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on:\n<ul>\n<li>Interview activity and pending feedback<\/li>\n<li>Offer status (pending, accepted, declined)<\/li>\n<li>Confirmed starts and class rosters<\/li>\n<li>Candidate withdrawals, no-shows, and drop-offs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Compare hiring results against workforce goals and class capacity, proactively identifying staffing risks.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate weekly status meetings with Hiring Managers, Plant Managers, HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and Operations Leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks related to scheduling, approvals, and onboarding processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, workforce planning, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re a relationship-driven recruiting professional who thrives on organization, reporting, and keeping hiring efforts moving forward, we&#8217;d love to connect with you.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YWRtaW5taW4uMjAyMjguMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1475058_1790083442<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1475058_1790083442\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Stillwater, Minnesota","_application":"adminmin.20228.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[212,192],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-133177","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
