This hybrid opportunity offers $22\/hour, is expected to last 3+ months, and follows a Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. This position serves as a key liaison between patients, clinicians, and office staff, coordinating high-volume scheduling activities while supporting day-to-day administrative operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and manage patient visits, referrals, and clinician schedules to ensure continuity of care and proper staffing coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain weekly and weekend schedules while communicating changes and updates to clinical staff.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor caseloads, scheduling needs, and staffing levels, escalating concerns to leadership as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a primary contact for scheduling inquiries from patients and clinicians, resolving issues and routing clinical questions appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and supporting office operations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with onboarding activities, orientation preparation, and administrative support for new hires.<\/li>\n<li>Perform data entry, reporting, records management, inventory tracking, and other administrative duties.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate&#8217;s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required;
